Our engineering managers are encouraged to evolve and foster L4-level impact. At GoodHabitz, this level signifies substantial growth and understanding of our mission: making learning fun and accessible for all.

Note: The journey for managers at L3 is often quicker than for ICs. This is because we expect ICs transitioning to management roles to have already advanced through much of the L3 level, embodying our core values of focused teamwork and continuous improvement.
